Investigation of the binding network of IGF-I on the cavity surface of IGFBP4

Abstract: Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins (IGFBPs) control bioactivity and distribution of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) through high-affinity complex of IGFBP and IGF.
