Abstract:This study is focused on investigating the atomic dynamics and vibrational properties of thin layers of cadmium selenide with thickness ranging from 200–500 nm. The studies were carried out using Raman spectroscopy at room temperature. Raman spectra were obtained in the frequency range ν = 100-800 cm -1 .
