Investigation of Temperature Influence on Physical Parameters of Semiconductor μ-Metoxo (Cuprum (II), Bismut(III)) Acetylacetonate

Abstract: Гетерометалевим комплексним сполукам притаманний напівпровідниковий тип провідності, інтервал робочих температур яких залежить від природи центральних атомів металів, місткових лігандів, стереохімії метал-лігандного оточення, і можуть бути використані як напівпровідниковий матеріал. Розроблена методика синтезу гетерометалевого µ-метоксо(купрум(ІІ), бісмут(ІІІ)) ацетилацетонату(І).
