Abstract:Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) in a longitudinal magnetized plasma is studied by theoretical analysis and kinetic simulation. The linear growth rate derived via one-dimensional fluid theory shows the dependence on the plasma density, electron temperature, and magnetic field intensity.
