Investigation of some photoelectric and luminescence properties ofγ-La2S3single crystals

Abstract: An investigation was made of the photoconductivity, photoluminescence, and thermally stimulated currents in undoped y-hs^S, single crystals. The energy positions of centers with deep levels were identified. The participation of these centers in the radiative recombination process was considered.
