Abstract

The creation of solid dispersions makes it possible to improve the solubilization of practically water-insoluble active pharmaceutical substances. ML-3 is an original molecule with both antidepressant and anxiolytic activity. In this paper, studies of the solid dispersion of GML-3 with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) - a change in the crystallinity and solubility of GML-3 were carried out.
