Investigation of Physical Activity Levels and Associated Factors of University Students in a District

Abstract: ÖZET Amaç: Üniversite yılları, öğrencilerde önemli yaşam tarzı değişikliklerinin meydana geldiği kritik bir dönem olarak düşünülmektedir. Bu dönemde oluşan fiziksel hareketsizlik, ilerleyen yıllarda sağlığı olumsuz etkileyebilir.
