This study aims to determine and describe the differences in interpersonal intelligence between male and female students in the high class of Sahabat Alam Elementary School. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method using data collection techniques in the form of survey methods. The sample in this study consisted of a high class totaling 66 students. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of an Interpersonal Intelligence questionnaire with a Likert scale model containing 13 items with a valid value (rtabel = 0,27). Data analysis used an Independent Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate differences in students' Interpersonal Intelligence based on gender. The results showed that female students obtained an average of higher interpersonal intelligence than the average value of male students' interpersonal intelligence. It can be seen from the t-test results of the interpersonal intelligence of female and male students of -4.208 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, this shows differences in the interpersonal intelligence of male and female students in elementary schools.

This research was planned to assess and identify the impact of multiple intelligences on students’ learning styles at university level in public sector universities Rawalpindi. The research used two approaches about theoretical frameworks for conducting this study. One was based on multiple intelligences given by Gardner (2011) which was consist of 9 sub dimensions named as linguistic, logical, musical, bodily, kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal, naturalistic and existentialist. The second theoretical framework was based on students’ learning styles given by Grasha-Riechman (2002) which was consist of six sub dimensions named as, Independent, avoidant, collaborative, dependent, competitive and participatory. The researcher used quantitative approach to conduct the study. The researcher adopted two questionnaires based on theoretical frameworks. One was based on multiple intelligences given by Gardner (2011) which was consist of 9 sub dimensions named as linguistic, logical, musical, bodily, kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal, naturalistic and existentialist. There were total 45 items, each dimensions were consisting of 5 items. After collecting data, the researcher used SPSS to enter the data and run test according to the objectives. The researcher used individual scores and regression analysis in SPSS to achieve the targeted objectives. It is recommended that teachers should encourage students to explore and develop their multiple intelligence in ways that align with their personal interests and strengths. This can help students to become more self-aware and confident learners.

One of the problems students often face is the lack of understanding of their interests and talents which will cause confusion in making future study choices and career plans. Career selection is an expression of personality into the world of work followed by identification of certain occupational stereotypes. Eight intelligences according to dr. Howard Gardner is linguistic, logical, mathematical, visual spatial, musical, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist. This research purpose is to develop a system that produces information and professional recommendations that are in accordance with multiple intelligences of prospective high school students using a combination of Bayes' theorem and weighted product (WP) method. User’s preference value is calculated using the Bayes Theorem method to give each multiple intelligence value which is a criterion. WP method calculation to find professions that match user preferences. Weight of each criterion needed in WP method is calculated by Rank Order Centroid method. WP calculation will produce a ranking of 3 professions according to the input from the user. From system testing results that compared to results from experts, an accuracy of 67.33% is obtained. Based on the accuracy value, it can be said that the accuracy level system is quite good.
