“…The most common type of errors reported in the reviewed studies was greatly influenced by the methodological approach, and there were also various classifications of error types depending on the medication use process. In general, all but five studies [ 47 , 55 , 61 , 64 , 67 ] included some details regarding the most common types of errors in their report.
