Investigation of Intensive Care Nurses’ Organizational Innovation Levels

Abstract: Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate intensive care nurses’ organizational innovation levels. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted with 90 nurses working in the Intensive Care Units of a Training and Research Hospital in Ankara.
