Investigation of Institutional Improvement through Evaluation of Zero-Energy Buildings

Abstract: Energy use has been recognized worldwide as a main cause of global warming and it is at the center of climate change. In this study, problems and measures of zero-energy building construction are investigated and analyzed. Based on the results, evaluation criteria of the zero-energy building are suggested.
