Investigation of erosion wear performance and mechanism of mold materials

Abstract: The surface of an injection mold is prone to erosion and wear under the impact of the filler during plastics injection molding, which leads to premature failure of the mold. The mechanism of erosion and wear of a filler on the mold has not been clarified yet.
