Abstract:Magnetoplasma resonance in small disks and spheres of InSb is studied experimentally at 77 K and 9.4 GHz in the non-linear regime. The possibility of contactless measurements of the field-dependent conductivity tensor components of n-type material and the avalanche breakdown threshold of nand p-type material in crossed electric and magnetic fields is demonstrated. u H E I C K O O~~~~H~I X o6paauax InSb npu 77 K H 9,4 GHz B HeJruHeZlHoM pewme. n o~a a a~a a n e~~p o n p o~o n~o c~u MaTepuana n-Tma u nopora naBu… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
