Investigation of electric conductivity and avalanche breakdown in InSb by means of nonlinear magnetoplasma resonance

Abstract: Magnetoplasma resonance in small disks and spheres of InSb is studied experimentally at 77 K and 9.4 GHz in the non-linear regime.
