Investigation of Brucella antibodies in bovine sera by rose bengal plate test (RBPT), serum agglutination test (SAT), microagglutination test (MAT) and 2-mercaptoethanol-microagglutination (2-ME-MAT)

Abstract: Summary:In this study, for the investigation of Brucella antibodies a total number of 524 serum samples were sent to the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ankara University.
