Investigation of Antioxidant Effect of Zinc Biochemically and Histopathologically in Rats

Abstract: In this study, biochemically (Total anti oxidant capacity (TAC), Alanin aminotransferaz (ALT) ve Aspartat aminotransferaz (AST)) and histopathologically effects investigated inCCl 4 -treated rats and the effects of intraperitoneal zinc administration on these parameters. Cirrhosis was induced in 40 rats by intraperitoneal injections of CCl 4 twice a week over 6 weeks. Forty and ten additional animals were used as controls. Both groups were further subdivided to receive standard diet. TAC, ALT and AST were also… Show more

“…It has been shown that the addition of the dye DiI to hybrid nanocomplexes allows the visualization of almost all cells with a CD44 + phenotype in Ehrlich carcinoma cells . This model pathology is a convenient object for experimental studies of the influence of various factors and therapeutic agents directly on cancer cells, as these are undifferentiated cells of in vivo transplanted mice breast cancer .…”
