Investigating the Mechanisms of Pollen Typhae in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

Abstract: Objective. To explore the main bioactive compounds and investigate the underlying mechanism of Pollen Typhae (PT) against diabetic retinopathy (DR) by network pharmacology and molecular docking analysis. Methods. Bioactive ingredients and the target proteins of PT were obtained from TCMSP, and the related target genes were acquired from the SwissTargetPrediction database. The target genes of DR were obtained from GeneCards, TTD database, DisGeNET database, and DrugBank. The compound-target interaction network … Show more

“…Using “Hepatocellular Carcinoma” as the key word, we screened the disease genes of HCC from GeneCards database ( https://www.genecards.org/ ), DisGeNET database ( http://www.disgenet.org/ ), and OpenTarget database ( https://platform.opentargets.org/ ) [ 25 , 26 ]. The screening criteria for each database were set to score greater than 30, 0.03, and 0.35, respectively.…”
