In the digital world these days, everywhere you look, traces of the Internet of Things (IoT) can be seen. Businesses will improve with the use of this technology because devices will be able to collect a huge amount of user information. . If this information is used appropriately, commercial activities are able to expand their activities, reduce costs and provide users with devices with more and better features. These devices are only allowed to be accessed by certain people because they contain a large amount of information. However, there are many concerns about these devices. Even though the technology is advancing day by day, the risks related to it also increase. With the trend of marketing toward digitalization, we are witnessing its spread in various businesses. But since the Internet of Things has a solution for every issue and challenge, it also has new and fresh solutions for this issue. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the role of the Internet of Things in digital marketing.

In today's world, with the presence of huge volumes of data, although organizations have faced many problems, using big data analysis has been able to significantly improve their efficiency and integrate information in the supply chain through the topic of computing. Cloud and big data achieve coordination between components and improve communication. On the other hand, Internet of Things (IoT) technology tools are one of the most important sources of big data production, and understanding and correct use of this data and their timely analysis using big data analysis techniques and technologies based on artificial intelligence can be effective steps to improve supply chain processes. Also, the use of these technologies can play an important role in process agility and, as a result, supply chain resilience. Methodology: In this study, the dimensions and key components of the use of large data obtained from the Internet of Things (IoT) in an industry's supply chain are investigated as a case study. Finally, a model for implementing an agile and lean supply chain based on IoT data analysis to improve the supply chain performance of these industries during emergency drug distribution during critical conditions is presented. Findings: This study shows that these technologies can be used as a powerful enabler, especially in the distribution of fast-acting pharmaceutical products. Originality/Value: In this paper a model for implementing an agile and lean supply chain based on IoT data analysis to improve the supply chain performance of these industries during emergency drug distribution during critical conditions is presented.

In addition to being a revolutionary technology for all industries, the Internet of Things; has also shown its potential in processes such as supply chain. With the advancement of technology and the emergence of the new era, the challenges of the traditional supply chain that follows a path from top to bottom (suppliers of raw materials to final consumers) are revealed. Also, due to environmental issues and the increasing speed of the changes in the needs of customers in various industries, including the retail industry, which has undergone many changes with the emergence of innovation, the entire path of the supply chain requires the implementation of strategies such as agile and green supply chains and achieving smartness. Therefore, emerging technologies such as The Internet of Things play a significant role in the agility and greenness of the entire retail supply chain. The presence of blockchain technology with decentralized data archiving in supply chain processes based on the Internet of Things guarantees the security of big data and helps in optimal data performance. This helps the agility of supply chain processes. In this chapter, dimensions, components, and key indicators effective in the implementation of an agile smart supply chain based on transformative technologies are examined.
