Investigating Pitting Corrosion of Stainless Steel and Aluminium Using Scanning Vibrating Electrode Techniques and Electrochemical Noise Measurement

Abstract: Abstract:In this study, the susceptibility of aluminium (Al) and steel SS304 to pitting corrosion in FeCl 3 and NaCl solutions with varying pH values were investigated using electrochemical noise (ECN) measurement and Scanning Vibrating Electrode Technique (SVET).
