“…In the respondent pool of this study, there were two groups of respondents: those who have never used an e-learning system before and those who have used or are currently using such a system. This study measured the first group's intention to use an e-learning system and the second group's satisfaction with e-learning, a metric that was not included by Chatzoglou et al (2009) but has been added for the purpose of this study. It was decided to exclude the metrics of management support and learning goal orientation, since these metrics are outside of the scope of this study.…”
