Investigating female employees’ work-life balance practices under the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract: This study aims to investigate female employees’ perception of their work-life balance during remote working under the Covid-19 pandemic. It also explores the techniques that female employees implemented to keep a balance between their work and lives. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey of 269 female respondents in Ho Chi Minh City. The study focuses on female employees who had experiences of work-from-home during Covid-19.
