Investigating Delays in Libyan Road Construction Projects Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)

Abstract: Transportation infrastructure, specifically road projects, is the backbone of economic and social development of many countries. Successful road infrastructure projects are delivered with reduced cost, on time.
