“…In our opinion, when evaluating a patient undergoing a vaginal reconstruction with McIndoe technique, the possibility to harvest the necessary skin grafts from a simultaneous body contouring procedure desired by patient should be investigated. Besides breasts, many possible donor sites can be included in a dermolipectomy, such as abdominoplasty, particularly in case of weight loss . In these patients, we could provide a good neovagina coverage with minimal donor site morbidity.…”
