Abstract:We present 2 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast who had metastases to the endometrium. Both patients presented similarly with abnormal uterine bleeding. Gynecologic metastases are very infrequently seen amongst breast cancer patients, and even less frequently in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma by comparison to invasive lobular carcinoma.
