Inv(3) Acute Myeloid Leukemia in a Young Adult and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with the high-risk variant inv(3)/t(3;3) or t(3;3)(q21;26.2) is rarely seen in the pediatric and young adult population. It is associated with poor outcomes with ineffective therapeutic options.
