“…The current results highlighted in particular a promising role of the HCSL as a resource that could favor the relationship between IBs and eudemonic well-being (in particular meaning at work, meaning in life, flourishing at work, and flourishing in life), further sustaining workers to overcome the challenges of 21st-century careers. In conclusion, the importance of leadership in creating psychologically healthy workplaces contributing to workplace mental health (Kelloway, 2018;Nielsen et al, 2016;Thibault et al, 2019) has recently been emphasized repeatedly in the literature. Efforts to consolidate the literature on mental health issues at workplace though sporadic, appear in more recent research.…”

“…To tackle the growing issue of mental health, well‐being, and acceleration (Kristensen, 2018), corporations have become increasingly interested in the concept of mindfulness. Yet research in this area remains limited and some scholars have called for further research to understand how to improve individual and organizational well‐being (Kelloway, 2018). In the corporate mindfulness domain, there is growing interest at both the individual and organizational levels, which has led to an increasing number of studies.…”
