Introduction

Abstract: The members of the scientific reference group of the project -Michael Rowlands, Chloe Chard, Claes Gejrot, Anders Cullhed, Bengt Lewan, and Simon Malmbergparticipated actively and enthusiastically at these workshops, and we are deeply grateful for the expertise, challenge and support they provided.
