“…Multi-component reactions (MCRs) can condense at least three reactants into a single synthetic operation to produce the final molecule, which provides greater flexibility, novelty, and efficiency for the rapid access to diverse compounds. This protocol has been successfully applied for the synthesis of various nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds (such as the Biginelli, Hantzsch, Asinger, and isocyanide-based Ugi MCRs) .
