Introducing the Contextual Ambidexterity Scale for Public Organizations (CASPO): Scale development and initial evidence

Abstract: Contextual ambidexterity describes the organizational capacity of being simultaneously able to adapt and change in the face contextual requirements while keeping alignment and predictability.
