Intrinsic Value of Incentives Compared To Salaries: Can Organization Stop Paying Salaries?

Abstract: This research weighs significantly on challenging the present practice of compensation and rewards. Traditionally or conventionally, the organization reciprocates the gratitude to their employees in monetary terms.
