Intrinsic S phase checkpoint enforced by an antiproliferative oncosuppressor cytokine

Abstract: The cell cycle is strictly programmed with control mechanisms that dictate order in cell cycle progression to ensure faithful DNA replication, whose deviance may lead to cancer.
