Intrinsic post-retirement work motivation in formal Chilean workers at retirement age: a qualitative study

Abstract: The unstable employment trajectories and low wages of Chilean workers mean that the amount of savings accrued in pension funds are often insufficient to cope with the high costs of living in the country, compelling many older adults to remain in the labour market.
