Abstract:Vulvar angiomyolipoma is a rare, benign mixed mesenchymal pathology, composed of smooth muscle, vascular and mature adipose tissue in varying proportions. It may stand for an incidental diagnosis; and the treatment can be conservative or surgical by enucleation. The definitive diagnosis is made by anatomopathological and immunohistochemical examination. The authors report a case of angiomyolipoma located in the labrum vulvar major and conduct a mini review.
