“…One criticism could be that we did not account for IVH, despite the fact that this has shown prognostic value in several, though not all, studies. 7,15,36,45 Our data did include evaluation of IVH presence; however, with 88.4% and 72.3% of patients with thick, diffuse and other SAH having IVH, respectively, we felt that further analysis would not be meaningful.
