Intravenous iron sucrose versus oral iron ferrous sulfate for antenatal and postpartum iron deficiency anemia: a randomized trial

Abstract: Intravenous and oral irons were both effective in correcting peripartum anemia, although intravenous iron restored stores faster than oral iron.
