Abstract:Antisynthetase syndrome (AS) is a rare autoimmune condition characterized by fever, Raynaud's phenomenon, hyperkeratosis, inflammatory polyarthritis, and interstitial lung disease (ILD). The development of ILD in patients with antisynthetase syndrome (AS-ILD) portends a poor prognosis to an already rare and difficult to diagnose autoimmune disorder.
