Abstract

Intrathecal topotecan appeared to be effective and safe in adult patients with NM.

Therapy of leptomeningeal metastasis in solid tumors

Unter Gemcitabin trat bei einigen Patienten signifikante Neurotoxizität auf, so dass dieses Medikament nicht als in den Liquorraum zu applizierendes Chemotherapeutika geeeignet erscheint [1].…”
