Abstract: Background: Meningiomas in the parasellar region leads to visual impairment, therefore intraoperative neurological monitoring is essential for enucleation surgery. However intraoperative neurological monitoring in pregnant women is challenging, as anesthesia management is required that considers the effects and risks to the fetus.
