Intranasal Acetaminophen Abuse and Nasal, Pharyngeal, and Laryngotracheal Damage

Abstract: A young adult female originally presented with necrosis of the nasal cavity mucosa and septum after sniffing crushed acetaminophen. She underwent endoscopic sinus surgery and debridement but continued to use acetaminophen intranasally.
