Intrahepatic biliary cystadenoma: a need for radical resection

Abstract: Liver cystadenomas can be easily misdiagnosed with other hepatic cystic lesions. An aggressive surgical approach is recommended, due to their malignant potential and high recurrence rate after fenestration.
