Intractable Headache Akibat Fistula Karotis-Kavernosus Indirek Bilateral: Suatu Laporan Kasus

Abstract: Pendahuluan: Nyeri kepala hemikrania dengan presentasi menyerupai nyeri kepala primer namun tidak membaik dengan  medikamentosa (intractable headache), perlu dicurigai suatu nyeri kepala sekunder. Etiologi nyeri kepala sekunder, ditegakan  dengan melakukan pemeriksaan penunjang diagnostik lebih lanjut. Adanya kelainan yang ditemukan, akan menuntun pada terapi definitif.
