Abstract: Introduction and purpose: ​Rosai-Dorfman Disease (RDD), known also as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy(SHML) is a benign histiocytic proliferative syndrome. The etiology and pathogenesis of RDD remains unclear.
