Abstract:A 48-year-old woman with history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and myeloid leukemia, on nilotinib chemotherapy following a recent blast crisis, presented as a presumed stroke with altered mental status, left upper extremity weakness, nausea, and vomiting.
