Intracranial hemorrhage caused by dabrafenib and trametinib therapy for metastatic melanoma

Abstract: Although generally well tolerated compared with chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy used in metastatic melanoma may be associated with life-threatening toxicity. We report the case of a patient with metastatic melanoma treated by dabrafenib plus trametinib who developed intracranial hemorrhage.
