Abstract:Granulocytic sarcoma (GS) is a soft mass formed by immature myeloid
cells invading extramedullary tissues and organs, which is common in
myeloid leukemia. In this case, a two years and four months girl
diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia showed intracranial lesion with
right occipital bone involvement on Computed Tomography (CT) and
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Follow-up CT showed that the mass had
