Intracellular manipulation and measurement with multipole magnetic tweezers

Abstract: The capability to directly interrogate intracellular structures inside a single cell for measurement and manipulation is important for understanding subcellular and suborganelle activities, diagnosing diseases, and developing new therapeutic approaches.
