Abstract:Regulation of intracellular Na+ ([Na+]i) in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (A7r5 line) was studied with Na(+)-sensitive fluorescent dye sodium-binding benzofuran isophthalate. Digital imaging microscopy was used to study single-cell fluorescence.
