Intracellular Delivery of Itaconate by Metal–Organic Framework-Anchored Hydrogel Microspheres for Osteoarthritis Therapy

Abstract: Treatment of osteoarthritis (OA) remains a significant clinical challenge. Itaconate (IA), an emerging regulator of intracellular inflammation and oxidative stress, may potentially be harnessed to treat OA.
