Intra-aortic metastases or intra-arterial thrombus?

Abstract: Introduction: Intraarterial malignancies are difficult to diagnose as they mimic other more common pathologies such as pulmonary embolus and vascular occlusive disease. Appropriate treatment may, therefore, be delayed.
