Intestinal Perforation in ACTH-Dependent Cushing’s Syndrome

Abstract: Previous studies have linked systemic glucocorticoid use with intestinal perforation. However, the association between intestinal perforation and endogenous hypercortisolism has not been well described, with only 14 previously published case reports.
