Intestinal Obstruction due to Bilateral Strangulated Femoral Hernias

Abstract: Introduction. Femoral hernias are at high risk of strangulation due to the narrow femoral canal and femoral ring. This can lead to symptoms of obstruction or strangulation requiring emergency surgery and possible bowel resection.
